Sarah’s Life & Love

Real. Sacred. Joyful. Human.

Sarah Tolmie brings soul, heart, and a little bit of sparkle to everything she touches in the realms of Life & Love. She is a holistic celebrant, marriage therapist, relationship and emotional wellbeing coach, end-of-life consultant, and bespoke funeral director—all paths rooted in her devotion to helping people navigate the full arc of human experience: from falling in love to saying goodbye, and everything tender in between.

Long before earning a Master’s in Communication Management and building a successful corporate career, Sarah’s first love was understanding people. With a degree in Social Anthropology and Psychology, her passion for human connection, ritual, and emotional wellness was sparked early—and never left.

In 2005, she answered a deeper calling. Stepping away from the corporate world, Sarah returned to the sacred work of ceremony, storytelling, and soulful service. Since then, she’s been walking alongside individuals, couples, and families as they navigate the emotional, relational, practical, and spiritual moments that shape a life: love, marriage, parenthood, loss, grief, healing, and everything in between.

These days, Sarah lives beachside on the NSW Central Coast, where she proudly takes “the slow and scenic route” through life. She describes her adventures in life and love as a series of close encounters—with joy and sorrow, love and loss, birth and death, transformation and truth.

Her own wellbeing is a patchwork of daily rituals: meditation, prayer, barefoot beach walks, heart-lifting friendships, and soul-deep chats with her mum—her mentor, muse, and hero. She joyfully identifies as an “undomestic goddess,” and holds fast to the belief that a little mischief (and good Champagne) goes a long way.

Sarah is a joyful dabbler: community choir enthusiast, surf lifesaver, ocean swimmer, activist, bushwalker, hammock-dwelling meditation queen, and occasional yoga cheat. She’s known to burst into spontaneous laughter, dancing, or singing—sometimes all three at once.

Married to the love of her life, Andrew, for 28 years, Sarah believes in renewing vows and rewriting love stories. (They’ve married each other every 7 years - five times - and counting.) Together, they’ve raised two wonderful, man-sized sons—Finn and Rory—and share their home and hearts with their beloved fur-child, Harvey-dog.

In all she does, Sarah brings a spirit that is playful and profound, grounded and gracious—helping others find meaning, magic, and deep connection in every season of life and love.

"Sarah was able to guide us in the right direction. Working with Sarah has been an emotional roller coaster that we had to ride as a couple to live our best life together and we couldn’t be happier. She has given us the ability to see our relationship as a living organism that requires attention and I am so grateful. Sarah offers such a warm and understanding atmosphere conducive to sharing and divulging our inner most fears and issues. I know the tools she have given us will be used daily and will only continue to improve our relationship.."
